Employers are losing candidates by refusing home-working

In a bid to secure top-shelf candidates recruiters need to accommodate the growing desire for flexible work. The Trade Union Congress (TUC) has found that the number of people working predominantly from home has risen by over half a million since 2007, to crest a landmark 4million remote workers.
